We are Howl Brewing
Howl Brewing is an independently owned and operated pico brewery, located in North Saanich,BC. We opened in June 2018, although the project was in the works for a couple years. Our focus is small batch high quality craft beer made from BC grown ingredients. Our ever changing menu is often dictated by what is available locally. Being a small brewery, customers can look forward to trying beer styles that are obsolete, beer that showcases local farms, traditional styles, as well as learn about beer from the staff. Arboreal ipa 45 ibu, 6%
An aromatic IPA with spruce tips, western hemlock needles, elderflower, old man’s beard, Chaga and bay leaves.
West coast rye ipa 47 ibu, 6%
A well balanced malt to hop IPA with Munich, Vienna and rye malt, and Amarillo and Sabro hops.
Rosemary maple saison 15 ibu, 5%
A light amber Belgian farmhouse ale with fresh rosemary and Quebec maple syrup.
Blueberry spruce saison 15 ibu, 5%
A citrusy Belgian farmhouse ale with blueberry, Chaga and spruce tips.
Rhubarb tart braggot ale 20 ibu, 5%
A braggot ale with honey, rhubarb and Heather.
Aztec mocha dark ale 18 ibu, 5%
A lightly spiced ale, made with cocoa, coffee, nutmeg, cinnamon and cayenne.
Smoked lemon drop tepache 12 ibu, 6%
Inspired by the traditional Mexican beverage, made with pineapple, ginger, cinnamon, mango and smoked lemon drop peppers.
Blackberry lavender Belgian Ale 18 ibu 5%
A Belgian ale with blackberry, lavender and flavour notes of banana from the yeast.
Spruce tip ipa,42 ibu 6%
A citrusy IPA with spruce tips and Amarillo hops.
Floral belgian strong ale 15 ibu 6.5%
A strong Belgian ale with chamomile, lavender and rose petals.
